William Simmons

William T. Simmons, 83 of Bowling Green died June 8, 2018 at the Medical Center of Bowling Green. The Bowling Green native was the son of the late Noel and Irene West Simmons. Mr. Simmons was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and New Bethel Baptist Church where he served as deacon. He enjoyed music, dancing, singing, bowling and karate. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Simmons. Mr. Simmons is survived by his children: Marcello (Theresa Johnson) Simmons, Maverick Carver, Watheta (Larry) Wynn and Shon Carver; 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a host of friends. No public services will be held. Cone Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
