Wendell Lewis Lee, 85 of Bowling Green, Kentucky passed away Wednesday March 22, 2023. Born in Ohio County, Kentucky to Anna and Justus Lee. Preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Genevieve Watkins Lee. Brothers Rufus Lee and Kenny Lee. Survived by daughters Pamela Barnett of Bowling Green, Ky and Shirley Lee of Rockfield, Ky; sister Jackie Shultz of Cool Springs, Ky; granddaughters, Tiffany Lockhart, Jenny Barnett, Heather Williams and Amy Sanchez. 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Wendell was an avid hunter, fisherman, gardener, and story teller. Served in the Navy. He was a caregiver to his wife whom had Alzheimer’s.
