Viola Loafman

Viola Pauline Loafman, 95 of Bowling Green passed away at her son's home on July 26, 2020 under the care of Hospice of Southern Kentucky. She was born in Warren Co. , Ky on January 21, 1925 to the late Lucian Price Ragland and Velma Thornton Ragland. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother and was the rock of her family. Besides her parents, Mrs. Loafman was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Lee Loafman; her sisters: Helen Ragland, Mary L Sevous and Willadean Henry; twin brother and sister that passed away as infants and a step grandchild, Denzil O. Ledbetter. She is survived by her son and his wife, Junior Lee and Jean Gravil Loafman; twin granddaughters: Sandra F Estes (Garland) and Sondra L. Jones (Gary); step grandchildren: Dale Ledbetter and Patrick D. Ledbetter; great grandchildren: Racheal (Austin) Allen who are expecting a baby in October, Kristie F. Estes, Heather E. Jones and Katelan L. Estes; 10 step great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services for Mrs. Viola Loafman will be held at Fairview Cemetery on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 1 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
