Thomas Ray Dezern, 73 of Bowling Green, Ky. entered Heaven on October 27, 2018. He peacefully left our world at his home after a battle with Parkinson's. Mr. Dezern was the son of the late Wilbert Thomas and Mattie Cosby. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Aaron Dezern and David Dezern. He served 4 years in the Air Force and retired from Holley Performance. He loved watching football, especially the Dallas Cowboys, hunting and riding his motorcycle. He left a long list of people that loved him dearly and will miss him daily. His wife of 20 years, Sue Baxter Dezern, his daughter, Debbie Dezern Whitley (Charles), a sister, Mary Wanda Ruggles (Charles) of Mercer, PA. , granddaughter, Jennifer Dezern, grandson, Justin Miller (Bridgette), great granddaughters, Ryleigh, Paetyn and Emarie Miller. His brother in law, Randall Baxter (Georgia) and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation for Thomas Dezern will be Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018 from 4 pm to 8 pm in the chapel of Cone Funeral Home and on Friday, Nov. 2, 2018 from 9 am until 11 am. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 am at Cone Funeral Home with burial in Fairview Cemetery.
