A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6pm at Cone Funeral Home, Visitation will be from 3p-6pm prior to the service.

Shirley C. Rhoton, formerly of Glasgow, KY, passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023, in Warren County, KY. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 38 years, Eddie C. Rhoton; parents, Terry and Lillian (Starnes) Page; brother, Truman Page; sister, Aylene Neeley; and Niece, Tammy Strode Evans.

She is survived by her daughter, Tonya R. Houchens of Bowling Green, KY; brother, Roy (Fay) Page of Lorton, VA; sister, Wanda Wheeler of Glasgow, KY; granddaughters, Paige and Presley Houchens of Bowling Green, KY; Niece, Kamila Neeley-Mendenhall of North Canton, OH; Great-niece, Kayla Perry of North Canton, OH; Great-nephew, Matthew Evans of Bowling Green, KY; Niece, Karen (Sam) Stalls of Sarasota, FL; Nephew, Stephen Page of Alexandria, VA; Nephew, Kevin (Meredith) Page of Lorton, VA; Niece, Linda (Richard) Smiley of Bridgeview, IL; Niece, Shelley Page of Nebraska; Nephew, Robert (Kim) Page of Nebraska; great-great-niece, Rowan Willow Annette Evans of Bowling Green, KY; and several other great nieces and nephews. 

Shirley was a former employee of Eaton Axle Corporation (1987-1997) in Glasgow, KY. She loved animals and had several beloved pets (Muffin, Misty, Casey, and Chloe) that preceded her in death.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at Cone Funeral Home in Bowling Green, KY. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at Cone Funeral Home.

A small intimate memorial celebration will be held in the future (location, date, and time TBD) for Shirley's close friends and family.
