Ron Davis

Mr. Ron Romines Davis, age 67, of Bowling Green, KY, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2021 at the Medical Center of Bowling Green, KY. Ron was born September 23, 1954 in Edmonton, KY to the late Arnold C. Romines and the late Mary Maxine Jessie. Ron was also preceded in death by his two brothers, Carlos Romines and Roger Coomer, and a sister, Pamela Hooten. Ron is survived by his loving companion of 47 years Starlene Davis; one daughter, Veronica Thomas of Park City, KY; one son, Ricardo Romines of Bowling Green, KY; 3 sisters, Mary Scantland of Greensburg, KY, Connie Romines of Bowling Green, KY and Elaine Mcelfresh of Bowling Green, KY; granddaughters, Shyann Thomas, Melea Romines, Katelyn Ladd; 4 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Ron was baptized at Andrew Baptist Church. He loved watching Colts Football and reading true stories on Vietnam. He was a hard worker and loved his family. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) with arrangements. Funeral services for Mr. Ron Davis will be Wednesday, December 22 at 3:00 PM. The family will receive friends and visitors from 12:00 noon until time of service at 3:00 PM. Cremation will follow the service. The family request expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations towards Ron’s funeral expense.
