Ronald Lucas

Ronald Joseph Lucas, age 81, passed away Monday September 21, 2020 at Colonial Center in Bowling Green KY. Ronnie was born in Louisville KY and was the son of the late Edgar Lucas and Anna Lee Long. Ronnie was a loving father, a wonderful grandad, a dedicated husband, and a precious friend to so many. His infectious laugh and kind, generous nature touched so many lives. He is survived by his son, Christian Carroll Lucas (Natalie), granddaughters Sarah Elizabeth VanderLind, Raven Olivia Lucas, Savannah Kayelynn VanderLind, and Bella Kimberly Lucas; brothers Kenny Brown, Donald Brown, and Benny Brown; sisters Alice Stockton, Beverly Slagle, Mary Hughes, and Alice Lucas; and many precious nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother Charles Lucas and his beloved daughter Kimberly Kaye. A memorial for Ronnie will be Friday September 25, 2020 from 5:30 - 7:30 pm CST (with a short service at 7:30 pm) at Cone Funeral Home 1510 Campbell Lane in Bowling Green KY. Burial will be held on Saturday September 26, 2020 at Elk Spring Cemetery in Monticello KY. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) with arrangements.
