Rhonda Ann Branham Scott of Woodburn, Kentucky, age 76, passed away December 22nd surrounded by her family, after two days of laughter filled visits by friends and family where many old great stories were shared. Rhonda was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1946. Then the family moved to Woodburn in 1951 when she was 5 years old. A celebration of life will be held this spring at the Woodburn community center, date to be determined. Rhonda was a free spirited, eternal 60’s hippy. She dedicated her life to serving hundreds of clients throughout her career as a social worker. All of whom loved her tremendously. She enjoyed canning and gardening, and all who enjoyed her cooking would say she made the best roast beef, hands down. She and her brother Dan loved to go to the Amish country and she could play a mean game of Rook. Rhonda loved the mountains and took many trips there with her beloved grandson,Cody. Rhonda was preceded in death by her late husband Briggs Scott, her parents Floyd and Allene Branham, and her brother John Branham. She is survived by her daughter Stenetta Harris and son in law Scott Harris both of Woodburn, Kentucky. Her grandson Cody Allen Warden and his wife Shelby of Lexington, Kentucky. Her brothers Danny Branham of Woodburn Kentucky and Terry Branham of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Nephews Joshua and Daniel Branham, nieces Lori Shirley, Melissa Schnier and Faith Neal. Great nephews Harrison and Silas, and great nieces Grace and Lily.
