Rev. Rickie M. Brown Rev. Rickie M. Brown age 66 of Smith's Grove KY died Thursday August 10, 2017 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green KY surrounded by his loving family. Rickie was born June 27, 1951 in Louisville KY a son of Thomas Brown Sr. and Irene Campbell Brown. He married Virginia Wilson on December 10, 2011 at the 1st Baptist Church in Glasgow KY. Rev. Brown was the Music Minister at 1st Baptist Church in Glasgow, KY. Rev. Brown was preceded in death by his parents: James and Irene Brown, two sisters: Dr. Marylin Brown Anderson and Shonedra Beatrice Brown, and a brother: Thomas Brown. Rev. Brown is survived by his wife: Virginia Brown of Smiths Grove, KY three daughters: Danielle Bell Brown of Louisville KY, Christine Brown of Texas, Torey Brown of Newton AL, one son: Rickie M. Brown of Louisville KY, several grandchildren, his mother-in-law: Virginia M Wilson of Bowling Green KY, two brother-in-laws: Kevin Anderson of Louisville KY, and Herschel (Noelle) Wilson of Tacoma, WA, sister-in-laws: Shontel Wilson and Jan Wilson Both of Bowling Green KY, several nieces and nephews, along with a host of friends and cousins. The service that will Celebrate Rev. Rickie's life will be held Tuesday August 15, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church Glasgow KY (611 South Lewis Street 42141). The Rev. Michael Rice will be the officiant. Memorials in Rev. Brown's name should be directed to the 1st Baptist Church Building Fund.
