Mary Dillard

Mrs. Mary Sue Dillard, age 76, of Franklin, KY, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Hospice of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, KY.

The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home with arrangements.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Salmons General Baptist Church in Franklin, KY located at 4223 Bowling Green Road, Franklin, KY 42134.

Mary was born May 4, 1947, in Portland TN, to the late Charles Culbreath and the late Ethel Glover Culbreath. She is also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Brandi Groves, and four siblings.

She is survived by her husband of sixty years, Joe Dillard; son, Chris Dillard (Terri) of Woodburn, KY; daughter, Patty Sepe (Tony) of Franklin, KY; son, Phillip Settles of franklin, KY; grandchildren, Brandon Poole, William Groves, Brandon Dillard, Madison Whittinghill, Francis Sepe, Kimberly Settles, P.J. Settles and Danielle Settles; great-grandchildren, Oaklynn Whittinghill, Emerson Dillard, and Laici Groves; siblings, Thomas Culbreath, Kenny Culbreath and Sandra Verckin.

Mary was a member of Salmons General Baptist Church for over twenty-four years. She loved her husband and her family dearly. Mary was outgoing, loving, giving, and full of laughter. She enjoyed fishing and loved going shopping.
