Marjorie Timberlake

Marjorie Jane (Fearon) Timberlake, born December 2, 1941 in Gorham ME, passing on August 23, 2024 in Opelika, AL. She married the love of her life and her only Pastor, Rev. Joseph Timberlake on June 8, 1963. They met at Berkshire Christian College in Lennox, MA. Their love for each other and their passion for ministry gave them a foundation for their lives together. She was a devoted wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and servant of Jesus and His Church. Joe and Margie pastored churches in Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Florida, Kentucky, and Connecticut. Also, traveled and ministered in Venezuela, Jamaica, Australia, Taiwan, Canada, India, and Ghana. 

Margie faced every day with a warm smile and enjoyed hosting many people in her home. She was known to give the best hugs to everyone she met. Her words of wisdom was to make life an adventure wherever it takes you. She especially enjoyed baby dedications where she often paraded the baby up and down the isle of the church for everyone to see.

Marjorie Timberlake left behind her husband, Joseph C. Timberlake, and daughter Cassandra T. Cooper (Tim Cooper favorite Son In Law) and was proceeded in death by Elizabeth (Jeannie) Timberlake and Christopher Gene Timberlake. She leaves behind Daughter In Law Lisa Sims Timberlake (Chris). Grandchildren Brittany Cooper Holzbauer (Thomas), Madison Timberlake MacDonald (Ted), Nicholas Cooper (Faith), Camryn Timberlake Stevens (Dakota). Great grandchildren Xena Cooper (Nick), Grayson Layne Stevens (Camryn), Gotham James Cooper (Nick).

Celebration of life will be at Cone Funeral Home. 1510 Campbell Lane, Bowling Green, KY, on Thursday August 29, 2024. Visitation will begin at 3:00 pm, with a short celebration at 4:45 pm with a reception to follow.
