Lula Alexander

Lula Mae Alexander, 87, of Bowling Green, KY, was born on March 5, 1935, in Oneida, TN, to Hillary and Lurie Mae Terry. She passed from this life on April 15, 2022, at Greenwood Nursing and Rehab in Bowling Green. Besides her parents, Lula was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Alexander, and her son, Todd Alexander. Lula is survived by her daughter, Jan Alexander Locke; her daughter-in-law, Stephanie Alexander; eight grandchildren, Nathan Pittman, Tyler (Fatima) Pittman, Nick (Ashley) Alexander, Harrison (Olivia) Alexander, Chris (Krista) Alexander, Brandon Bowen, Tyler Tinsley, and Kalen Tinsley; and sixteen great grandchildren, Gage, Harlow, Farah, Aidyn, Axil, Jaxon, Ma’Kaya, Jayden, McKyren, Kany’zah, Addisan, Camdon, Bre-Lynn, Nevaeh, Sylas, and Kashis. Lula was a home maker in the truest sense of the word. She was always cooking and sewing for her children and grandchildren. She also loved working in her flower garden. She will be missed. The family will host a public visitation and Memorial Service for both Lula Alexander and her son, Todd Alexander (who passed away last December) at Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Ln) on Saturday, June 4, 2022. The visitation will be from 10 AM to 2 PM with the Memorial Service to begin at 2 PM.
