Lorna Rambow

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lorna Dawn Rambow, age 65 of Bowling Green Kentucky, on Saturday March 15th 2025, after a brief but intense battle with cancer.

She was born on February 5th, 1960 to Gladys and Willard Cowan in Rockford, Illinois. She is survived by her soulmate, her loving and devoted husband of 39 years, Gregory Rambow, her three children, Nicole Rambow (Tyler Hood) of Nevada, Benjamin Rambow (Taylor) of Florida, Daniel Rambow (Betsy) of Georgia, and her five grandchildren, Charlie, Eddy, Oliver, Maxwell, and Franklin. She is survived by her sister Kathryn Christiansen (Scott) and her brother Howard Cowan (Margaret), both of Illinois.

Lorna's passions in life were her family, her creativity, and her love of helping others. While the grief and sadness we feel at her loss cannot be measured, she would prefer us all not to dwell there.

Please join us to celebrate all of the beauty and humor and joy that she embodied in life. We will gather at the Lost River Cave, in the Birch River Room, Saturday March 22, 2025 at 5-9 PM.

In lieu of all black attire please wear something purple or colorful to reflect her vibrant spirit. In lieu of food or monetary donations please donate to Hospice of Southern Kentucky or your favorite veterans organizations.
