Linda Kathleen Cardwell

Linda Kathleen "Kathy" Cardwell, of Riverside was born June 17, 1949 to the late John and Delma Lewis and died August 9, 2022 at the Medical Center. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Cardwell, Jr. ; her son, Tony Cardwell; her brother, Richard Lewis and her grandchildren: Cory Cardwell, Steven Cardwell, Ashley Jones and Matthew Towe. Kathy was an amazing mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her greatest joy in life was watching her grandchildren grow, thrive and watching them have children of their own. She lived a full and happy life surrounded by people who loved her. Kathy is survived by her children: Linda Cegielski, Donald "Bud" Haynes, Jr. , Missi Jones, Jackie Cardwell, Tommy Cardwell and Gary Cardwell. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Nikki Ford (Derrick); Dawn Cegielski (Daniel); Tiffany Cardwell, James Cardwell (Jennifer), Ryan Cegielski, Shane Jones (Lauren); Donald "Zach" Haynes (Harley); Kymber Harp (Brian), Kadie Harp (Joe) and Louis Cardwell (Katie). Other survivors include her great-grandchildren: Nicholas Hubbard; Kaydence Mann; Christopher Cato; Jackson Cardwell; Brantley Cegielski; Kassidy Hillebrand; David Topp; Blakely Brabham; Lily Cardwell; Declan Hillebrand; Mia Jones: Vivian Cardwell; Evalynn Haynes; Derrick Ford, Jr; Bailey Ford; Faith Ford; Christopher Truszcienski and Gracelin Hillebrand. Kathy is also survived by several nieces, nephews and special friends. Funeral services for Kathy Cardwell will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) at 2 pm with burial to follow in Archie Newman Wilson Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9 am Saturday until time of services. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home with arrangements.
