Lawrence Persinger

Lawrence (Larry) Persinger, 70 went to be with the Lord January 28, 2020 at his residence. He was born October 24, 1949 to the late Earl Persinger and Therese Patrick. Larry is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Sharon Persinger; 4 children: Denitta Mercier (Sonny), Bowling Green; Tony Persinger (Lisa), Morgantown; Amanda Tucker, Morgantown and Jennifer Johnson (Jack), Morgantown. Other survivors include 9 grandchildren: Rebecca Phelps (Zach), Ashley Mercier, Kassie Persinger, Jordan Persinger, Ryan Nelson, Ian Nelson, Caden Childress, Breanna Oneal and Kaitlyn Tucker; 3 great grandchildren: Lennon Phelps, Beckam Phelps and Daxson Mercier all of Bowling Green. His loving mother in law, Juanita Marvel, Morgantown also survives. Larry loved to fish, hunt, watch UK basketball and work on lawnmowers. A celebration of life will be held February 23, 2020 at 1 pm at Basil Griffin Park, Bowling Green across from Koa at the pavilion.
