Julian Richmond

Julian Dewayne Richmond, 72 of Bowling Green died July 1, 2022, at his home. The Warren County native was born on November 21, 1949 and was the son of the late Reverend Herman Carlos Richmond, Jr and Virtie Juanita McElroy Richmond. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Charlotte Jean Richmond Gregory and a brother, Marcus Joe Richmond. Mr. Richmond is survived by his wife of 49 years, Doris Jean Richmond; his children: Dewayne Richmond (Melissa); Jeanne “Rosie” Richmond Gardner (Kevin), Penny Diane Cline Smith and Herman J. Richmond (Virginia). Other survivors include his grandchildren: Jennifer (Gene), Kendra “Ken-Ken”, Jack, David, Victoria, Hannah, Chase, Luke “Lil Rooster”, Desirae, Jacob, and Caleb as well as his great grandchildren: Kairos, Connor, Carl and Carson and his siblings: Anna Woods, Faye Lindsey, Frank Richmond, James Richmond, Judy Richmond, Joan Craft and Joseph Richmond. Funeral services for Julian Dewayne Richmond will be Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 1 pm at Cone Funeral Home. Visitation at the funeral home will be Monday, July 4, 2022, from 3 pm – 7 pm and again on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, from 9 am until time of the funeral with burial to follow in Plano Chapel Holiness Church.
