John Perry, Jr.

Mr. John Perry, Jr. , age 85, of Glasgow, KY, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at his residence. John’s wishes were to be cremated and there currently no services scheduled. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home with arrangements. John was born February 28, 1937 in Fall River, MA to the late John Perry, Sr,. and the late Angelina Arruda. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Shirley Ann Gifford Perry, a daughter Tracey Lee Perry Atwood, great-granddaughter, Emalyn Peacock and sisters, Carol Angelo and Audrey Mederios. He is survived by daughter, Shari Perry (Melissa Hatcher) of Bowling Green, KY; son, Todd John Perry, Sr. , of Beaumont, KY; three grandchildren, Amanda Perry, Britney Stewart, and Todd John Perry, Jr. ; son-in-law, Bruce Atwood of Dighton, MA; several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. John was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church, member of Dighton Lions Club and member of Dighton Police Association. John was known as a jack of all trades and loved putting things together. He loved mowing and maintaining his yard and landscaping.
