John Wesley King, 73 of Rockfield died December 21, 2020 at the Medical Center of Bowling Green. The Knob Lick, Mo native was the son of the late Tom L. King and Loretta Kinney King. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a great grandson, DJ, 2 brothers and 1 sister. He was retired from General Motors. John loved to build houses and was a good mechanic. He was a member of the Praise Assembly of God. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Donna King; his children: Angela Withrow (Marvin), Bryan King and Tina Giles (Ron). Mr. King is also survived by 7 grandchildren: Kelsey King, Whitney King, Brandon King, Dylan King, Courtney Brickhaus, Bryce Giles and Afton Bishop and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. John Wesley King will be held in the chapel of Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 6 pm with cremation to follow. Visitation with the family will be held from 4 pm until time of service. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home with arrangements.
