Janice Peterson

Janice D. Peterson, 79 of Bowling Green died Friday, December 28, 2018 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. The Madison, Tn native was the daughter of the late Comer Larimore DeRossette and Willette Officer De Rossette. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, George Peterson. Her faith and her family defined her life. She was a member of Greenwood Park Church of Christ. Besides her husband, Mrs. Peterson is survived by her daughter, Lesley (Jim) Peterson Hudgins of Centerville, Tn and her son: Keith (Jacqueline) Peterson of Bowling Green as well as her 9 grandchildren and her 2 great grandsons. Her eldest son, Jeff, predeceased her in 2002. Funeral services for Janice Peterson will be held Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 11 am in the chapel of Cone Funeral Home, 1510 Campbell Lane, Bowling Green, Ky. The family will be receiving guests on Friday, January 4, 2019 from 4 pm to 8 pm and again on Saturday from 9 am until time of service. Private burial will be held in Spring Hill Cemetery in Nashville, TN. Janice's grandchildren will serve as Honorary Pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, Janice would have preferred a donation to the India Ministry Fund, c/o New Hope Road Church of Christ, 2600 New Hope Road, Hendersonville, TN 37075.
