Jane Fallis Spencer Champion of Bowling Green, age 97 passed away December 15, 2022. She was a native of Lawrenceburg, Ky. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 19, 2022, at 10 am in the chapel of Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane, Bowling Green, Kentucky) with burial to follow at 1 pm cst. (2 pm est. ) at Lawrenceburg Cemetery, 1031 Bond Lillard Rd. , Lawrenceburg, Ky 40342. Jane was a wonderful wife and mother, who always put her family first. Her many friends were an important part of her life, and she was always up for a bridge game. Predeceasing her were her husband, Paul; parents: William and Russell Fallis Spencer; her brother, Billy and her sister, Peggy. Jane is survived by her daughters, Paula Jayne Callahan, Deltona, Florida and Beverly Cummins, Bowling Green, Kentucky; grandchildren, Jesse (Tina) Callahan, Jaime (Shane) Potts, Deltona, Florida; Amanda (Steve) Debich, Glen Burnie, Maryland; Elizabeth (Chris) Thomas, Bowling Green, Kentucky; sister, Ann (Wayne) Richard, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky; brother-in-law, James Cheak, Oneonta, Alabama. She leaves behind eight great grandchildren. The family has requested donations in memory of Jane be made to the charity of your choice. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home with arrangements.
