Htwah Reh

Mr. Htwah Reh of Bowling Green, KY, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2024, at his residence.

The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home with arrangements.

Funeral services and visitation are scheduled to be conducted on Saturday, January 27, 2024, between 10:00am and 12:30pm at Cone Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bowling Green Gardens Cemetery.

Htwah was born April 22, 1985, Dee Maw Hso, Karreni State, Myanmar, Burma. 

Mr. Htwah graduated from Kareni High School and Karenni Posten (Arts and Science) school from Karenni Refugee Camp 1. Mr. Reh served as a principal of Karenni High School before he resettled to the United States. He was a very hardworking person and a very well-known leader of the Karenni Community. 

Mr. Reh came to the United States of America in 2009. In 2010, he worked for Ameristar HVAC company in Denver Colorado. Mr. Reh had a servent’s heart; he dedicated all his time to helping others as evidenced by his career choices. 

In the same year, he attended Professional Medical interpreter to help his fellow Karenni families in Denver Colorado. In 2011, he met his soulmate Dah Mu. They were soon blessed with two sons, Lawkee and Khun. 

Htwah was a loving father, husband, teacher and friend to everyone he encountered. He will always be remembered for his dedication, hard work, and sacrifices for the Karenni people. He was a faithful husband and loving father.

In his free time, he loved spending time with his wife and sons. Htwah always supported his son’s dreams of building rockets. He will truly be missed by his community, friends, coworkers, and most of all, his family. May he rest in peace.
