George Dale Dalton, 76, of Bowling Green, KY, died December 21, 2021, at Hospice of Southern Kentucky. The Roundhill, KY, native was the son of the late Luther Dalton and Lattie Raymer Dalton. Besides his parents, Mr. Dalton was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. George loved telling jokes and making up stories. He enjoyed old Westerns and the television show, Columbo. He was an avid fan of the University of Kentucky, WKU, and the Kansas City Chiefs. George is survived by his daughters, Lisa Williams (David), Karen Wells (Danny) and Sherri Helms (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Tyler Cherry (Megan), Patrick Williams (fiancee, Krissie Watson), Jessica Wells, Brandi Long (Eric), Mandi Dunn (Tyler), Andrea Sweeney (Jake), and Cara Eakles (Anthony). Other survivors include his great grandchildren, Hadyn Cherry, Finley Cherry, Rowan Cherry, Kaiden Watson, Karsyn Williams, Paxton Williams, Madison Brock, Aerilyn Wells Colter, Evelyn Long and Tristan Sweeney; daughters, Nelda and Tammy Ellis, as well as a stepson, Eric Johnson and his children. His sisters, Joann Carson, Brenda Rupar, Glenda Garrett, and Eramae Blunk; as well as several nieces and nephews survive. A Graveside service for Mr. George Dalton has been scheduled for 1 p. m. on Monday, January 10, 2022, at Fairview Cemetery (1209 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green).
