Gayle Westrop

Gayle Lynn Westrop, born March 11th, 1954, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 18th, 2023. She has been reunited with her husband, David; parents Bill and Geneva Jones, siblings; Linda, Danny, Hal, and Rex, as well as nephew Andrew (son of Shawn Ogelvie).

The family takes comfort in the thought of the wonderful family reunion taking place in Heaven.

She is survived by her daughters; Sarah Westrop (David Bruington), Stephanie Bell (Jimmy Bell), Emily Gaves ( Jared Gaves). sister; Shawn Ogelvie (Tim Ogelvie), nephews; Chuck and Tim Hulse (sons of Linda Hulse) and nieces; Brandy Knight and Tabatha Young (daughters of Shawn and Tim Ogelvie).

Her greatest pleasure in life was spending time with her grandchildren; Niccola Westrop (Tiller Guess), Hayden and Brooklynn Culwell, Bryson Gaves, Harper Bruington, Bristol Gaves, Skylar Bell, Brylee Gaves, and William Bruington, neices; Cheri Lancaster-Honeycutt and Ashlee Jones(daughters of Danny).

She treasured her time with the rest of her family, both related and extended.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM, at Cone Funeral Home 1510 Campbell Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42104. Graveside service will be held at Fairview Cemetery at 3:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for contributions to assist with the funeral expenses.
