Emma Garrison

Emma Garrison, age 94 of Bowling Green, KY died Friday, December 1, 2017 at the Greenview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bowling Green. Emma was born August 22, 1923 in Haydensburg, Tennessee a daughter of the late Edman Spivey and Bea Forkum Spivey. Emma had worked at Greenview Hospital for 25 years, retiring in 1984. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Bowling Green. Emma was preceded in death by her daughter: Linda Carol Paschal, three sisters and one granddaughter. Mrs. Garrison is survived by a daughter, Virginia F. Seeley, two granddaughters, Tammy Clark and Tena Felts, 5 great grandchildren and 8 great greatgrandchildren. The visitation for Emma will be held Monday, December 4, 2017 from 3 PM until 7 PM at the Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane). The service that will celebrate Emma's life will be held Tuesday, December 5 at 11 AM at Faith United Methodist Church, 600 Veterans Memorial Lane, Bowling Green, Ky. 42101. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Bowling Green, KY. In lieu of flowers, Emma wished that donations be given to Faith United Methodist Church (600 Veterans Memorial Lane, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
