Earlene L. Wood age 82 of Bowling Green, Ky died Thursday August 2, 2018 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green. Earlene was born August 2, 1936 in Bowling Green, KY, a daughter of the late Roy E. Tinsley and Hallie Jones Tinsley. Earlene was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Byron Dale Wood on February 9, 2017, and her brother: Kenneth Tinsley. Earlene is survived by: Her daughters Tammy (Mark) Wheeler of Glasgow, KY, and Bonnie (Tom) Willis of Bowling Green, KY, her son: Keith Wood of Bowing Green, KY, six Grandchildren: Emily (Chris) Jernigan of Portland, TN, Melissa (Aleksey) Nagornay of Bowling Green, KY, Autumn Wheeler of Glasgow, KY, Paige Wheeler of Glasgow, KY, Alexis Wood of Bowling Green, KY and Chase Wood of Bowling Green, KY. Earlene is also survived by her Great Granddaughter: Stellla of Portland, TN, her sister: Brenda (Larry) Hatcher of Scottsville, KY and a brother: Dale (Marian) Tinsley of Jacksonville, FL. along with other relatives and friends. The visitation for Earlene will be held Sunday August 5, 2018 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM and Monday August 5, 2018 from 10:0 AM until 2:00 PM at the Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane). The funeral service that will celebrate Earlene's life will be held Monday August 6, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Cone Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Bowling Green, KY.
