Dorothy Odessa Oliver age 84 of Bowling Green, KY died Wednesday February 7, 2018 at her home. Dorothy was born August 2, 1933 in Franklin, Kentucky a daughter of Roy E. Holder and Bessie L. West Holder. She belonged to the Jehovah's Witness South Congregation in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents: Roy E and Bessie L Holder, and six brothers and sisters: Mary Baird, Willie Holder, Bobby Holder, William Holder, Harold Holder, and Deborah Anthony. Dorothy is survived by her step-daughter: Paula Jean (Charles) Smith of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, special niece and nephew: Karmon Holder of Oakland, California and Troyal (Tamara) Holder of Sacramento, California two step grandchildren: Shaunura Smith-Codogan of Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Antwyon (Rosa) Smith of Tucson, Arizona, one great grandson: Paul Codogan of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Dorothy is also survived by her five brothers and sisters: Roy (Henrietta) Holder, Jr of Franklin, Kentucky, Ronnie (Mary) Holder of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Jerry Wayne (Ruby) Holder of Berkley, California, Barbara (Joe) Anthony of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Joanne (LeRoy) Lawrence of Bowling Green, Kentucky along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Per Dorothy's wishes, cremation was chosen. Graveside services are planned at a later date at Shady Rest Cemetery in Franklin, Kentucky. Interment DetailsFeb 7 2018 4:15pm, Vogt Crematoy
