Dorothy Scott Crawford age 84 of Bowling Green, KY died Tuesday May 14, 2019 in Evansville, Indiana. Dorothy was born August 20, 1934 in Bowling Green, Kentucky a daughter of the late Coleman Douglas Scott and Frances Cohron Scott. She married Merle Clay Crawford on June 29, 1957 in Henderson Kentucky. Dorothy was a loan officer for First National Bank in Henderson Kentucky. She moved back to Bowling Green in 1988. She was a member of the Eastern Star and First Baptist Church in Bowling Green, KY. She loved her flowers and planting her roses. She was an intelligent, loving and caring mother and friend. Dorothy is survived by her two daughters: Valorie Crawford (Terry) Gilley of Nashville, TN and Lorie Crawford (David) Jones of Newburgh, IN. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Ryle Jones, Makenna Jones, Regan Jones, and Alex Gilley along with other relatives and friends. The visitation for Dorothy will be held Sunday May 19, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) and on Monday May 20, 2019 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at the First Baptist Church in Bowling Green, KY (621 East 12th Avenue). The funeral service will be held Monday May 20, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church in Bowling Green, KY. Entombment will be in the in Fairmont Mausoleum in Henderson, Kentucky.
