Donna Blair

Mrs. Donna Blair, age 62, of Bowling Green, KY, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021, at her residence. Donna was born in Champagne, IL, to the late Edward Goad and Mildred “Cricket” Goad, who survives. Donna was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Alice Blair; and 4 brothers-in-law, Michael Jones, Jimmy Mayabb, Audie Montgomery, and John Cummings. Donna is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Harold Blair; two sons, Josh Blair (Elizabeth) of Bowling Green, KY and William Courtney Blair of Bowling Green, KY; mother, Mildred “Cricket” Goad of Bowling Green, KY; grandchildren, Addison, Alexis, Avery and Carson Blair; 5 sisters, Janet Merideth (Sam) of Bowling Green, KY, Patsy Jones (Kenneth Ulin) of Clarksville, TN, Mary Montgomery of Bowling Green, KY, Shirley Elkin (Terry) of Bowling Green, KY, Brenda Law (Joey) of Smiths Grove, KY; 2 brothers, Tommy Goad (Ronnie) of Bowling Green, KY, and Jeff Goad (Brenda) of Bowling Green, KY. A host of nieces and nephews also survive. Donna was an avid reader of romance novels and enjoyed watching sci-fi shows. She had such a positive outlook on life and radiated happiness. She loved to dance and bringing home flowers. Donna was a protector of her family and loved them all very much. She loved her children and grandchildren and would do anything for them. She loved being a Nana and spending time with her grandchildren. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) with arrangements. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donation to Mrs. Donna's funeral expenses. Those donations may be made at the Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Triumph Baptist Church Located at 952 Fairview Ave. Suite #4 Bowling Green, KY 42102. The family will receive friends and visitors on Thursday, November 11, 2021, at Triumph Baptist Church from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Friday at 10:00 until time of service at 11:00 AM.
