Donald Pate age 64 entered into rest on Saturday February 22nd at The Medical Center of Bowling Green. He was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on December 20th, 1956 to the late Zona Lafelle Brantley-Pate and William Ray Pate. He had resided in Bowling green for nearly a decade at the time of his passing. Donald had been several years retired from the accounting and hospitality industry. He was a wonderful son, brother, uncle, and friend of many. He is survived by two sisters, Sherri Annette (Pate) DeArmond and Bonita Pate-Davis. Donald was also close with his brother-in-laws, Kenneth Davis Jr. and Donnie Glen DeArmond (who passed in 2013). He has six nieces and nephews that he cherished all the days of his life: Lauren and Natalie DeArmond, Emily Davis, Bethany Blanton, Jamie DeArmond and William E. Pate. Donald Pate was someone who loved to travel, loved life, and never took a single day for granted. Though he wasn't a current member of a church, he grew up in Masonville Baptist Church and had a close relationship with his Savior Jesus Christ during his entire earthly journey. If Donald were here to say one last thing it would be, ""I'm at peace, I am home, and I can't wait for everyone else to get here. "" He is to be directly cremated. A memorial service will be held at the Reception Hall located at 936 Shive Lane, Bowling Green Kentucky on Saturday March 7th from noon to 3 pm. Everyone is welcome.
