Donald Minton

Donald “Don” Minton, age 72, of Bowling Green, KY, passed away Monday, May 3rd 2021 at the Barren County Nursing and Rehab in Glasgow, KY. Don was born on December 24th 1948 in Louisville, KY to the late Wallace Minton and the late Dollie Elmore Minton. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Deborah Kitchens. Don is survived by his loving wife and high school sweetheart of 50 years, Lynda Minton, daughter, Ruthie Baker (Dustin), sons, Bo Minton and Yancy Minton all of Bowling Green, KY, granddaughters, Taylor Norris (TJ), Madison Minton (Fiancé TY), grandson, Jasper Baker, great-grandsons, Kolten Norris, Tatum Norris and Kingslee Green. Don loved gardening and playing cards. He was a collector of many things and was known as a Jack of all trades and could fix anything. He loved his family dearly and will be greatly missed. A Memorial Service will be Saturday, May 15th 2021 at 11:00 AM at New Life Church located at 1423 Scottsville Road Bowling Green, KY 42104. Visitation with the family will be at 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00AM The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) with arrangements.
