Donald Jones

Donald Glenn Jones, aged 78, of Bowling Green, KY, passed away at his residence on Saturday, January 20, 2024. He was born in Nashville, TN, to the late Milton and Marie Jones. 

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Jones Hunt, his brother, Kenneth Jones, and his niece Donna Felmley.

He leaves behind his wife of 55 years, Shirley Jones; his daughter Karri Provance (Charlie); his grandchildren Dusty Hunt (Jenn), Kristi Siter (Rocky), Gavin Provance, Olivia Urban (Noah), and Wyatt Provance; one great-grandson Elias Siter; a brother, Gary Jones (Denise); and a nephew, John Jones (Victoria), and son-in-law, Jeff Hunt.

He loved photography and spending time with his wife and family. He is remembered for his love for people and his quick wit. He was a member of Hillvue Heights Church, Bowling Green, KY, where he served in the food pantry.

Cremation was chosen, and a Celebration of Life service will be held at Hillvue Heights Church on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at 2:30 pm. The church will open at 2:00 pm. There will be no visitation prior to the service.
