Donald Fulcher

Donald Ray Fulcher, age 67, formerly of Auburn, Ky, passed away on January 1, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents: Raymond and Bonnie (Atchley) Fulcher, his brothers Raymond Neil and Douglas Carson Fulcher. He is survived by his wife Laura Phillips Fulcher: his brother Guy (Ronnie) Fulcher and his wife Nancy, his sister Rebecca Hadden, numerous nieces and nephews. Donald was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He graduated from Western Kentucky University and the University of Louisville Law School. Donald was in private practice for a number of years before joining the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Office of Counsel. He retired from the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers in October 2009 and relocated to Russellville, Ky. A memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky. Cone Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
