Dewayne Richardson Howard, 89 of Bowling Green died at his residence. The Velpen, In. native was the son of the late Culmer Howard and Lois Richardson. Mr. Howard was a United States Army Veteran and served in the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Howard and 2 brothers: Kenneth Howard and Gary Howard. Mr. Howard is survived by his wife, Sandra Sue Howard; his children: Tonya, Alan, Tammy, Tina and Sally. Other survivors include his step children, Pam and Grace; 4 grandchildren and his niece, Lois There will be no public services held at this time.
