Darrell DeWayne Nealy, a beloved member of the Bowling Green, Kentucky community, passed away at his residence on October 30, 2024, at the age of 53. Born on May 17, 1971, in Bowling Green, Darrell's life was characterized by a deep love for family and a passion for his interests.
Darrell is survived by his father, Douglas Nealy; his daughter, Kelli Osbourne (Joe Norman) of Bethrage, TN; his brother, Ricky Nealy (Judy) of Franklin, KY; his sisters, Wanda White (Kevin) of Scottsville, KY, Lori Cowles of Franklin, KY, and Rita Scruggs (Jeff) of Scottsville, KY; and his cherished grandchildren, Ally and Jeremiah. Each of these relationships held a special place in his heart, and he took pride in his role within the family.
Throughout his life, Darrell found joy in movies and music, which provided him with countless hours of entertainment and relaxation. He was particularly proud of his accomplishments in weight lifting, an endeavor that showcased his dedication and determination.
Preceding him in death was his mother, Bonnie Nealy, whose memory remains a treasured part of his legacy.
The celebration of Darrell’s life will take place on November 4, 2024, at Cone Funeral Home, located at 1510 Campbell Lane, Bowling Green, KY. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and continue until the funeral service, which will start at 1:00 PM. Following the service, a burial will take place at 3:00 PM.
Darrell’s legacy will be carried on by his loving family and friends who will remember him fondly for his warmth, strength, and unwavering spirit. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
