Cynthia Boards

Cynthia Denise Mitchell Boards, 59, of Bowling Green, KY, was born April 23, 1962, in Bowling Green, KY, to the late Granville and Margaret Mitchell. She was called to her eternal home on August 12, 2021, peacefully surrounded by family at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Barnard Mitchell, and Dailey Fishback. She leaves her husband, Don Boards, to mourn her passing and cherish her memories, along with her son, Tevon Boards (Latoya). Mrs. Boards is also survived by three brothers, Granville Mitchell, Varnado Mitchell, and Evans Mitchell; two grandchildren, Jamir, and Tate Boards; and a host of loving nephews and nieces. Visitation will take place on Friday, August 20, 2021, 12:00 noon to 2:00 p. m. with funeral to follow at Cornerview Community Church, 6378 Louisville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101. Burial will take place at the Fairview Cemetery, Bowling Green, KY. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) with arrangements.
