Charles "Chuck" Clifford Rawlings, II died September 14, 2022 at Baptist Health Deaconess Hospital in Madisonville, Ky. Mr. Rawlings was born on October 26, 1946 in Toledo, OH to the late Charles Clifford Rawlings and Lucy Kreen O'Day Rawlings. He was preceded in death by his sister, Kreen Elinore Rawlings. Chuck was retired from the United States Air Force. Cremation was chosen. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) with arrangements.
