Arno Obed

Arno Obed, 72, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. Mr. Obed, a native of Micronesia, was born on February 15, 1948 to the late Erin and Alwihna Obed. Arno is survived by his wife: Sipora Obed; three children: Victor Obed, Juliet Obed, and Jay Obed; six grand-children: Natasha Obed, Shawn Douglas Obed, Carlos Diondra Bryant, II, Eddie Jaden Obed, Gaiden Zeke Obed, and Davina Marjorie Peter; and four great-grand-children: Navirah Nessa’ Mari Saimon, Le’On Tobiaz Obed, Leonardo Obed, and Le’Ana Elise Waring. Arno lived, worked, and raised his family in Micronesia until immigrating to Bowling Green in 2019 to be near his children, grand-children, and great-grand-children. He was a hard working plumber who had dedicated himself to providing for his family. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) with arrangements.
