Barlow, Jr and Vickie Harris. He is survived by his mother: Vickie Kay Haley and his step-father: Virgil Haley along with a brother Michael L. Barlow; all of Bowling Green, Kentucky. The visitation for Anthony will be held on Thursday October 12, 2017 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at the Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane). There will be no service. Cremation was chosen.
