Andrew “AJ” Jackson Williams, 31 of Smiths Grove died Sunday, July 24, 2022, at UK Hospital. The Mobile, AL native was the son of Mason Williams and the late Carol Williams. Besides his mother, AJ was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Lloyd Smalley. He is survived by his father, Mason Williams (Sandra); his children, Madison and Jackson Williams; a brother, Anthony Williams (Holly) and sisters; Victoria Lindsey (Timothy) and Jackie Smalley. Other survivors include his nieces and nephews, Jessilyn, Kevin, Jordon, Karson, Matthew, Nathanael, Dylan, Roselyn, Levi and Haven. AJ loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He had a passion for classic American muscle cars and the outdoors. He loved fishing and hiking. AJ enjoyed working for JNM Automotive as a lead die setter and was just approaching his one year anniversary. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) with arrangements. Visitation for AJ Williams will be Friday, July 29, 2022, from 4 pm – 7 pm at the funeral home with funeral services to begin at 7 pm. AJ’s wishes were to be cremated.
